Hello. I was running a cycle in my washer and the machine was thumping quite a bit. The load is small (not oversized) and I noticed sometime later (30 min) into the cycle that there was water leaking all over the floor. We couldn't stop the machine and I had to pull the plug to stop the machine from continuing the cycle. The line connecting to the water supply was dry at all the fittings and the drain hose at the connection and into the drain was dry. How can I check for a leak or fix the leak? Or is the washer entering a safety mode to remove the water? I need help, as it's brand new and we've only been in the new home (first owner) for about 9 months.
